For the safety and well-being of our clients and those who provide services to them, all Care Partners volunteers are required to submit an application, complete program training, and pass a background check.
Any additional program-specific requirements are outlined in the training materials.

After you’ve completed the quiz, we’ll contact you to arrange an in-person meeting to:
- Meet Care Partners staff
- Sign volunteer forms
- Review the online service report process
- Address any questions you may have
Please let us know if:
- You would prefer to receive a hard copy of the application and training manual and we’d be glad to deliver or mail them to you, or arrange a time for you to pick them up from the Care Partners office.
- A reading-focused method of learning doesn’t work well for you so we can discuss other options for covering the material.
Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns at 387-3788 or by email at christie@carepartnersofcookcounty.org
