Reframe Aging
A different take on caring well for our future selves
Saturday, October 26 | 9am-noon | Cook County Higher Ed
Join Care Partners of Cook County, the Arrowhead Area Agency on Aging, and Cook County Higher Education for a fun, informative, and free “Reframe Aging” workshop. We’ll look at the biases that can get in the way of positive aging, discuss realistic expectations about our aging bodies and minds, allow ourselves to explore our dreams and hopes (not just our fears), and begin to imagine a future that will likely include both challenge AND promise!
Light refreshments will be served. Please pre-register by using the link below or by calling Care Partners at 218-387-3788.
