Sawtooth Mountain Clinic has recently made changes to their masking policy. Masking is now optional for patients and visitors to the clinic, unless they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19 and are outside of the 5-day isolation period (but within the 10-day precautionary period outlined in CDC and MDH guidelines.) In light of these changes and recommendations from the county, we’re also updating our volunteer masking policy. Effective immediately, masking will be optional for both volunteers and clients, unless:
-Either the volunteer or client requests that masks be worn
-A client is especially immune-compromised
-The volunteer – or someone in the volunteer’s household – has recently been ill (i.e. RSV, rotavirus, COVID, etc.)
Thank you for helping to keep our clients healthy and safe!
