Care Partners is pleased to offer a free Caregiver Appreciation Retreat on Wednesday, June 12 from noon to 3pm at the Art Colony’s Studio 21 on Highway 61 in Grand Marais. Anyone who is providing care—whether in the home or from a distance—for a friend or family member who is aging or has a chronic illness or disability is invited to attend.
Enjoy a catered lunch, encouraging conversation, chair massage, and more. We hope that this afternoon will not only offer participants a moment of rest and renewal, but also provide some tools for creating brief moments of self-care throughout each day.
