Cook County Public Health and Care Partners are thrilled to introduce the Cook County Age-Friendly Initiative, a community-driven effort aimed at enhancing the quality of life for all age demographics within our beloved Cook County. Support and advocacy from our local leaders and community partners have been the bedrock upon which this initiative is built, and together, we are sculpting a future where every resident is valued, supported, and engaged in every life stage.
🎯 Objective: Establish Cook County as an Age-Friendly Community, focusing on vital domains like Housing, Transportation, Health Services, and more.

🗣️ Forums: Attend community forums, available both in-person and virtually via Zoom, to delve into specific matters.
